Getting Involved with our Society

Trail FAIR Society employs over 40 full time, part-time, and on-call staff in 18 different programs. We also offer meaningful volunteer work in several of our programs. Check back weekly for updates.

Volunteer Opportunities:
~ Kootenay Boundary Regional Crisis Line: We are pleased to offer meaningful, supported volunteer opportunities within our Crisis Line Program.  Please see the Crisis Line page for an application which you may download and fax or mail to us.
~Become a member of our Board of Directors: As a registered Non-Profit Society, a strong, diverse Board of Directors is essential.  We are blessed to have a dedicated group of Directors - most of whom have been with us for many years - who bring a diverse set of skills and energy to our Agency.  We are always looking to increase our Board.  If you are interested, please contact the Main Office and ask to speak with Gail Lavery.
~Become a office volunteer:  We will soon be seeking to add our list of volunteers who greet clients and answer the phones in our Main Office.  Please check back soon to view an application and Volunteer job description.

Employment Opportunities:
All current Job Postings will be linked below.  Please note: EXTERNAL postings are open to all qualified applicants and INTERNAL postings are open only to current FAIR employees. Please ensure your cover letter states which position you are applying for, and that your resume clearly demonstrates the noted Education, Training and Experience requirements. We generally do not keep resumes on file from External applicants, so please check back often for posted openings and re-send your resume and cover letter as applicable.  We thank all applicants for their interest in our Society;  however only those short-listed for an interview will be contacted.
